I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is requested when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

Just please show up. :) If you need a reminder by phone or email, please let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate you! However, due to the increase in the number of no-shows recently, I find it necessary to implement a "payment for missed appointment" policy. Since it is VERY difficult to fill an appointment time at the last minute, if you miss your appointment, you will be billed for the session.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
